An Al Ahly star has accused his former manager Pitso Mosimane of treating him "unjustly" while also taking a swipe at current head coach Marcel Koller.

After achieving continental and domestic success during his eight years with Mamelodi Sundowns, the Kagiso native decided in 2020 to take his talents to Africa's most successful club, Al Ahly.
While there may have been skepticism surrounding his initial arrival, the 60-year-old proved all his doubters wrong by cultivating a trophy-laden stint in the Egyptian capital, winning the club's first CAF Champions League title in seven years when they beat Zamalek at the beginning of the decade.
Mosimane added a third Champions League title to his resume the following season when his side defeated Kaizer Chiefs in the 2021 final. He concluded his time with the North African juggernauts with two Champions League championships, two CAF Super Cups, an Egyptian Premier League title, and an Egyptian Cup.
While many of the Al Ahly squad would have been elated with Mosimane's demanding standards and strong work ethic, it seems that some of his contingent were not pleased with how he orchestrated his side.
Red Devils player Kahraba recently, while speaking to the media, the 30-year-old expressed the frustrations he suffered under the former Al Ahly boss.
"Mosimane treated me unjustly a lot, even in the division I was scoring goals but he insisted on not drawing attention to me," the Egypt international said while speaking to MBC Masr 2, as translated from arabic to english.
"May God suffice me and He is the best disposer of affairs for some officials who wronged me, such as Magdy Abdel-Ghani and Ahmed Megahed, in addition to the fines imposed on him, which reached 81 million Egyptian pounds (R29 million), and the contract signed with Zamalek was the cause of these problems."
The striker has now seemingly fallen out with Al Ahly boss Marcel Koller and is poised to make a move to Al-Ittihad SC in Libya on loan.
Kahraba decided to take a swipe at his current coach in the same interview.
"I was doing well until Koller brought in Modeste, and then he started to rely on him basically," the striker revealed.
"I was shining and my teammates were helping me perform at my best, but I felt that I was better than Modeste.
"I am a player who relies on participating in matches to improve my physical fitness, not just on physical training that might cause me to get injured."
However, he has vowed to try his best to return to Al Ahly in time for the FIFA Club World Cup.

"I seek to return to Al Ahly to participate in the Club World Cup," he added.
Do you think this was a cheap dig at the South African manager or a valid complaint from the Al Ahly star?
