Following Arthur Zwane's exit from Kaizer Chiefs to join AmaZulu, the Durban-based club could benefit from the move more than just the immediate task of improving the results in the first team, the Siya crew has learnt.
Zwane has been unveiled as the coach of AmaZulu along with Vusumuzi Vilakazi, as confirmed by KwaZulu-Natal outfit on Tuesday.

Recently, Zwane was lauded by Mamelodi Sundowns coach Manqoba Mngqithi who believes he deserves credit for Chiefs' improvement in how the team started the season under head coach Nasreddine Nabi.
Mngqithi lauded Zwane for nurturing youngsters like Mfundo Vilakazi and Mduduzi Shabalala to be where they are today in the first team.
"I think Arthur Zwane is the one who unveiled a lot of these youngsters to us. He gave them opportunities and it's these players who took Kaizer Chiefs to the (CAF) Champions League final if you remember very well," said Mngqithi, speaking to the media.
According to sources, part of the reason AmaZulu went for Zwane is that he could play a role in luring some of the players he worked with at Chiefs to join him at the KZN giants.

"That's the whole aim, as much as he has been appointed in the first team, his incredible work with youngsters is also recognised. If there is a chance to bring some of the talented players he worked with at his previous club, he will play a big role in luring them to the club," said the source.
In recent times, Chiefs lost the services of talented youngsters like Puso Dithejane and Omega Mdaka, and it's believed that had Zwane already been with Usuthu, he could have convinced them and others to join the Durban-based club.
