The story
PUMA's athletes such as Xavi Simons, Themba Zwane, Lebohang Maboe, Ashley Du Preez, and Kingsley Coman among others — are set for unbelievable upgrade to their weapons on the pitch.
PUMA has just launched the Lights Out pack, designed for those pushing the limits, this new collection delivers top-tier performance tech and innovation, putting players in the driver's seat as they race to the top.
The Lights Out pack also celebrates the return of European club competitions under the lights, offering football at full throttle. Lights out. Game on.
The ULTRA 5 comes in both ULTIMATE and CARBON editions, available in Unisex and Women's Fits. These boots offer the speed and precision of a finely tuned machine, giving players a lightweight, explosive edge.
The ULTIMATE edition features a new SPEEDSYSTEM outsole, while the CARBON version boasts a custom SPEEDSYSTEM CARBON outsole made from carbon fibre, providing 32% more spring than the non-carbon model.
Both designs use PUMA's FastTrax stud configuration for faster movement, from kick-off to goal.

The FUTURE 7 features an adaptive FUZIONFIT360 upper for a perfect fit, enhanced by PWRPRINT, PWRTAPE, and dual mesh for 360-degree freedom of movement.
The 3D grip textures ensure superior ball control, while the Dynamic Motion System outsole boosts agility, stability, and traction for quick directional changes.
The KING, true to its name, offers premium performance with its K-BETTER™ non-animal-based upper and GRIPCONTROL 3D structure for enhanced touch and ball control.
The lightweight outsole, with an external heel counter and conical studs, ensures superior stability and movement control.
As part of PUMA's commitment to sustainability, the uppers of the ULTRA, FUTURE, and KING are made with at least 20% recycled materials.
PUMA also continues to innovate with a Women's Fit, featuring a slimmer design that supports women players and enhances comfort and performance.
In tomorrow's mouthwatering MTN 8 final between defending champions Orlando Pirates and Stellenbosch FC will see Bucs stars Kabelo Dlamini and Tshegofatso Mabasa rocking the new Future boots.
