The Siya crew has been informed about the future of Zakhele Lepasa at Orlando Pirates, going into the halfway mark of the 2024/25 Premiership season.
Throughout the winter transfer window as squad changes were taking place at the Buccaneers and other clubs, Lepasa had been linked with an exit.

SuperSport United and Chippa United were among the clubs said to have been keen to sign the striker on loan.
Lepasa has struggled for game time, having yet to feature in any official matches for Bucs this season.
While some reports suggested that the Bafana Bafana forward might not be in the plans for Pirates coach Jose Riveiro, sources close to the club have indicated that the 27-year-old remains an integral part of the team and that he is getting the support he needs to bounce back and rediscover his form.

"He is still in the plans and there has never been any talk of him leaving. It's all been in the media, but the club didn't have those plans. He is committed and is a hard worker, and it's just that he has been disrupted by injuries on his progress at times. Like the coach previously said, it's a selection issue as some players in his position have been doing well, and he will get his chance," said the source.
Prior to Pirates' second preliminary round CAF Champions League fixture against Jwaneng Galaxy of Botswana on Saturday, the Soweto giants confirmed that Lepasa has been recovering from an ankle injury.
