The Swallows tactician admitted there was a difference in clash on the night, especially after taking a 3-0 before halftime.
"Ja, it was a very difficult game for the boys. Tactically, they were very quicker than us, getting to the ball first," Ngwenya told SABC after the loss.
"We tried to get close to them, but the class showed because they were able to find space.
"When we tried to regroup in the second half to calm down and start to build again, we started to play but they were they still on top of us."
"The goals came in very early and they unsettled us. The three goals came from our mistakes because we are losing the ball in critical areas in our half.
The Eswatini outfit trail by four goals heading into the second leg in seven days time.
"We'll go back and prepare, but it's very tough for the boys. We will learn from here and move forward," the coach added.
