Amid reports suggesting the ex-Mamelodi Sundowns winger's future lies away from the Red Devils ahead of the expiration of his contract in 2025, it has been said that Tau's relationship with his boss is not all that bad.
According to a source cited by Youm7, rumours of an intense fallout between the Swiss tactician and Bafana are not entirely accurate, despite news he could be moved on.
It is still believed that Tau will be allowed to leave the Red Devils should an appropriate offer for his services arrive, and that the player will not object to a departure.
Al Ahly are, as per the source close to the club, still waiting to receive proposals for the former Brighton Hove Albion player.
The source also claims that Koller, contrary to what has previously been reported, does not mind Tau continuing at the Club of the Century.
