Portugal international Joao Felix has reportedly made it clear he wants a move back to the Premier League amid a surprise new development over his future.

The 24-year-old is back at Atletico Madrid following his season-long loan at Barcelona in LALIGA, but his stay in the Spanish capital is not expected to last very long.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the attacking midfielder is keen on a return to Chelsea, whom he spent the 2022/23 campaign on loan at.
The former Benfica star is represented by super-agent Jorge Mendes, who reportedly received word from his client that he is eager to rejoin the Blues.
It is claimed that Felix heading to Chelsea will be crucial to Los Rojiblancos' hopes of signing the London club's Conor Gallagher.
The England international is believed to have an agreement with Atletico, but rumours suggest that that deal could collapse should Felix's move back to Stamford Bridge fall through.

Chelsea had previously appeared to be close to signing Atletico's Samu Omorodion, a 20-year-old striker, although the latest news is that the young Spaniard will not be joining the London giants.
