It's believed that the goalkeeper, who will join from TS Galaxy, has penned a three-year contract with the club and will join the goalkeeping department to battle it out with Bruce Bvuma and Brandon Petersen for a place in the starting line-up.
Former Amakhosi defender Mokete Tsotetsi is excited with the news of Ntwari's expected signing.
"They do have good goalkeepers at Chiefs, so signing an international goalkeeper will boost the department so that they compete. It's going to be an interesting season and I believe we will see a different Kaizer Chiefs," Tsotetsi said to the Siya crew.
"I think all the departments will be balanced which is important. The good thing is that (Ntwari) has been in the PSL, so he will not take time to adjust. I think he will bring in a lot of value in that department."
Amakhosi are set to unveil their new signings when they meet Tanzanian giants Young Africans in the Toyota Cup on July 28.
