Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena has seemingly confirmed another surprise departure ahead of the 2024/2025 season.
The Brazilians have already lost the services of midfielder Bongani Zungu, who confirmed his departure via a statement on Instagram.

The Brazilians, however, have not confirmed any player departures themselves since the campaign concluded.
However, it seems striker Abubeker Nasir is also on his way out of Chloorkop after Mokwena revealed the player is not registered with the club.
"He is not a Sundowns player, so I don't want to talk about Nasir because he is not a Sundowns player," Mokwena told Power FM on Friday.
"He is not registered as a Sundowns player.
"So I don't talk about people who are not Sundowns players."
The 24-year-old's 2023/2024 campaign was heavily disrupted by injuries, with his last appearance coming in a 2-1 win over Sekhukhune United in the DStv Premiership in April.
Overall, the Ethiopian striker racked up just 17 appearances during his two years with the Brazilians and scored four goals, according to transfermarkt.
