Over the weekend, it was reported that the 25-year-old has reached an agreement to sign for the 14-time UEFA Champions League winners at the end of the season.
The France captain will see his current deal in Paris expire in June and recently suggested a decision over his future will be made in due course.
Mbappe went close to joining Los Blancos in 2022 until a late change of heart saw him commit to another two years at Paris Saint-Germain.
His representatives, however, have insisted no such agreement has been struck.
"There is no agreement around Kylian's future, especially since there are no discussions started about it," representatives told RMC Sport.
"No type of influence could dictate the timing of Kylian's discussions, reflections or decision."
Mbappe communicated to PSG last year that he has no desire to extend his stay in France before his deal runs out in 2024.

His intentions led to his exile from the first-team group in pre-season, though he was later reintroduced following talks with president Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
