With Pitso Mosimane linked with Al Ahly's fierce rivals Zamalek, the salary he could be looking to earn has been reported by a publication in Egypt.

According to a report from almydannews, citing a source within the African giants, Mosimane has discussed a potential move to the White Knights with the Egyptian club in recent weeks.
Motamed Gamal is currently serving as the team's caretaker manager following the departure of Juan Carlos Osorio, who was dismissed from his position in November.
The report claims that Zamalek's interest in Mosimane comes amid his availability, after the 59-year-old parted ways with United Arab Emirates-based club Al Wahda last month.
The South African, however, recently discussed a potential return to management and admitted it would take an important offer for him to consider not staying with his family for Christmas.
The publication continues by saying the former Downs manager would be looking for around $200 000 (R3.7 million) a month in Cairo over the course of three years, although it is unclear at this point whether that figure includes bonuses and is before or after tax.
This would see, according to the figures being bandied out there, Mosimane earn around R44.4 million a year if he did accept an approach from the club under the abovementioned conditions.
While some at Zamalek might be interested in appointing the legendary South African tactician, his possible hiring would not be welcomed by all who support the Egyptian side.

Former player Reda Abdel Aal has insisted he would stop supporting the club if Zamalek landed the ex-Al Ahly coach, whom he does not believe is that impressive.
