The Norwegian hit the back of the net twice as the Citizens marched to yet another victory in Europe, the first goals he has scored in the competition this season.
The 23-year-old has missed nine big chances in the Premier League this term, more than any other player, and his uncertainty in front of goal looked to be continuing as he spurned a number of good opportunities against their opposition.
Although he has netted 11 times this season, some feel his ruthlessness in this campaign has not yet matched up to the previous term, with Guardiola admitting he is worried about how Haaland beats himself up when he is not more clinical.
"A lot, a lot. Honestly, I'm so concerned!" he said, according to the Metro.
"The people expect him to score four goals every time. The people want him to fail.
"I am sorry but this guy will score goals all his life, with the chances he is an incredible threat.
"It is important to have the chances. The players need the ability to find the pass like Kevin de Bruyne and Ilkay Gundogan. But he is going to score until the last day he plays football."
