Al Ahly manager Marcel Koller has issued a strong message to Percy Tau and the rest of his squad ahead of his team's African Football League (AFL) quarter-final second leg against Simba.

The Red Devils will host the Tanzanian giants in the new competition on Tuesday afternoon, after drawing 2-2 in the first leg last week Friday.
Koller, who has been impressive since joining the Egyptian side, was speaking ahead of the return fixture when he suggested that his players allowed Simba back into the game, despite his side coming from behind to eventually draw the match.
"In the second half, we gave Simba the opportunity to get back into the game, but overall it's a good result. We want to win and progress to the semi-final," he said, according to KingFut.
"The time frame between both games is very short, so this makes recovery much more difficult. (Anthony) Modeste and Mohamed Abdelmoneim both participated in training, but we'll see whether Modeste will play or not.
"We have a big squad with a lot of players who have experience, so rotating players is always on the table.
"We don't have an easy game or a difficult game, and whether players play or not depends solely on match fitness and how ready they are to play. I don't have the distinction between a starting player and a substitute."
