Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos has raised concerns about a lack of communication from PSL clubs, particularly Mamelodi Sundowns, regarding their injured players recently.
Before the previous Bafana squad was announced, the Brazilians had Khuliso Mudau out injured, which meant he could not be selected for friendlies against Namibia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

However, Mudau resurfaced in Sundowns' MTN8 semi-final second-leg against Kaizer Chiefs, two days before the Bafana camp.
Broos says he was surprised to see the Brazilians' right-back playing against Chiefs because he did not select him in the Bafana squad with the impression that he was injured.
The same situation has happened again, where Sundowns winger Thapelo Maseko was presumably injured before the latest squad announcement to play friendlies against Eswatini and Ivory Coast and the Belgian says he was surprised to see him play against Orlando Pirates in the MTN8 final on Saturday.
Broos says there needs to be better communication from clubs on players who are injured, because he can't change the squad once those players return for their clubs close to the national team camp.
"Unfortunately, this camp is again disturbed by injuries like last month we had (Bathusi) Aubaas, (currently) we have (Thapelo) Morena, (Innocent) Maela, we have Maseko. Maseko is something different, it's the second time that we have that surprise that the player is injured, then suddenly he plays," Broos said in a press conference.
"It was last month with Mudau, this month is Maseko. I think we need better communication between me or the national team and clubs, so that we know how much the player is injured and if he is not ready to come with the national team.
"You know that these things can happen. We had this problem with Mudau last month and suddenly he plays on Saturday (against Chiefs), two days before the camp starts, you can't change anymore, we have the same thing now with Maseko, so that means the communication has to be better and I know what I'm going to do in the future not to have those kind of surprises," he said.
The 71-year-old mentor also revealed that he planned to have a meeting with PSL coaches four times since he has been the head coach of Bafana but the PSL postponed those meetings on each occasion.
"I tried already two years to meet with the coaches and every time PSL postpones it, so I did four attempts and four times it was postponed by PSL. So I know that the communication can be better but it's not my fault (and) it's not my responsibility," he added.
