After Olga Carmona found the back of the net against the European champions in Sydney, La Roja manager Jorge Vilda could be seen leaving his left hand on one of his staff member's breast.
This incident further compounds the ongoing controversies involving allegations of misconduct and mistreatment by the tactician and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) against 15 players, referred to as "la 15".
Encara sense entendre perquè ningú parla del tocament de Jorge Vilda, només d'en Rubiales. Han de pagar ambdós. pic.twitter.com/qn7mLL3lj3

A number of those 15 stars boycotted the global showpiece, and following Spain's victory over the Netherlands in the quarter-finals, players noticeably excluded the ex-Barcelona Real Madrid midfielder from their celebrations.
According to the Daily Mirror, this perceived divide within the squad was repeated during the final, with separate celebrations for players and staff.
The Madrid native is also said to have faced rejection from two-time Ballon d'Or Feminin winnr Alexia Putellas post the semi-finals, and was met with boos from fans when his name was read out during the competition's final.
These occurrences coincide with RFEF president Luis Rubiales controversially kissing playmaker Jenni Hermoso during the World Cup medal ceremony.
This intensifies pressure on both Vilda and Rubiales, particularly concerning their handling of player-coach relations, and FIFA has since confirmed it is set to open disciplinary proceedings against the latter.

The RFEF has since reportedly arranged for an Extraordinary General Assembly on 1 September to discuss "the latest events that occurred during the award ceremony of the Women's World Cup".
