Barcelona have confirmed the departure of one of their stars to a new club for the 2023/24 season.

The LALIGA champions have announced that United States of America international Sergino Dest will be leaving for PSV Eindhoven on loan for this campaign.
The 22-year-old thus exits the Camp Nou for the second successive season, having been loaned out to AC Milan in the 2022/23 campaign.
FC Barcelona and PSV Eindhoven have reached an agreement for the loan of the player Sergiño Dest until 30 June 2024. The Dutch club has an option to buy. The club reserves the right to a percentage of any future sale of the player.

FC Barcelona reserves the right to a percentage of any future sale of the player," an official statement from Barca read.

"As a Barça player, Dest has made 72 appearances, 56 as a starter, scoring three times in the two seasons he has spent as part of the first team. After his season in Serie A he will be returning to the Eredivisie where he will link up with his former Barça teammate Luuk de Jong."
The Netherlands-born international returns to his native country where he previously played for Ajax Amsterdam before joining Barcelona in 2020. Now, though, he will represent PSV Eindhoven.
