Chiefs have also only been able to score one goal in their opening three league encounters, leaving supporters unhappy at the Mbombela Stadium.
The former Bafana Bafana tactician was escorted to the tunnel by police as supporters launched objects in his direction.
This is not the first time Chiefs fans have vented their frustration at results this year, as Arthur Zwane was pelted by bottles by supporters at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium after a loss to SuperSport United in May.
After the game, Ntseki said the defeat to Galaxy leaves the team with a big assignment to improve the team.
"I think the most important thing for us was to go through a squad audit, we've brought some good quality players and the mood in the camp is good it's just unfortunate that we were expecting to get good results out of this but I think in terms of the attitude in the camp is very good, the players are looking forward to a good season," Ntseki told SuperSport.
"Tactically, we're still working on our different combinations in terms of the players coming on from the bench and those coming on from the grandstand but I think today it leaves us with a very huge assignment in terms of how do we prepare going forward," he concluded.
The Soweto giants will be back in action next weekend, as they play host to another winless team, AmaZulu at FNB Stadium.
