For weeks, it seemed destined that the Tunisian tactician would succeed Arthur Zwane as the Glamour Boys' new man in the dugout as multiple reports throughout the continent linked him with the position at Naturena.
Ultimately, the South African outfit opted to appoint Molefi Ntseki as their new boss, leaving the future of the 57-year-old uncertain.
Nabi was linked with a plethora of African giants thereafter as Moroccan outfit Wydad Casablanca, Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia and Algerian giants CR Belouizdad were all believed to be interested in the Monastir native's services. However, according to FAR Post, it is the 2022/23 Botola Pro champions AS FAR Rabat who have landed Nabi.
The Black Army, one of Morocco's most decorated sides, courtesy of Mohammed Aziz Samadi, ended a 15-year wait for the topflight title this past season. Now they have decisively snapped up Nabi as they entrust the ex-Young Africans boss to lead them into their first CAF Champions League campaign since 2009.
