A big decision has been made at Orlando Pirates regarding the future of Bafana Bafana striker Zakhele Lepasa ahead of the new season.
In the last four months or so of the 2022/23 season, Lepasa saw his game notably improving as he has also been an integral part of Bafana Bafana under coach Hugo Broos in their successful Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign.

The striker appeared to be enjoying his game at club level too after he was loaned to SuperSport United in January.
He made nine league appearances for the Tshwane outfit and scored two goals.
Before being loaned from the Buccaneers, the forward had made 10 appearances and scored one goal under coach Jose Riveiro in the league.
SuperSport have been keen on another loan deal for the 26-year-old for at least another season but it seems they won't succeed in their wish, according to the latest developments.
Instead, a decision has been made for the player to go back to Pirates to be part of their pre-season preparations ahead of the trip to Spain, which is scheduled for the weekend.
Indications are that Lepasa could finally get a chance for more game time to make progress at the Soweto giants, having struggled for minutes since his return from a loan spell with TS Galaxy in 2019.

Meanwhile, the player has officially confirmed his exit from SuperSport.
"This is one day I never looked forward to. Having to officially say goodbye to what has become a home. I have spent so much time with great people that welcomed me and made it easy for me to play. I won't forget the opportunity I was given. Thank you SuperSport United FC and Goodluck," Lepasa confirmed on Twitter.
