As reported by the Siya crew over the last few months, the Marumo Gallants winger has been identified as one of Pirates' transfer targets ahead of the new season to further bolster their squad, as they look to juggle their local and continental duties given their qualification for the CAF Champions League next season.
The crew understands that talks between Pirates and Gallants are at an advanced stage, with a deal understood to be all but done, pending the player agreeing personal terms.
The Siya crew has been informed that the Buccaneers have tabled a five-year offer for the marauding 26-year-old that will see him stay at the club until at least 2026.
The crew understands that the deal tabled is a straight three-year deal, which includes a two-year option.
Otladisa, who had a successful season in Gallants' colours in which he made 43 appearances in all competitions, will have his work cut out for him upon joining Pirates, with the likes of Monnapule Saleng, Thembinkosi Lorch, Deon Hotto, Relebohile Ratomo, Vincent Pule all competing for a similar attacking berth at the club.
