With the Soweto Derby coming up this weekend, Kaizer Chiefs know that there is a lot at stake to ensure that the season does not end as another disastrous one.
They have not lived up to the standards in the Premiership, but Amakhosi still have a chance to end the campaign on a high by going all the way in the Nedbank Cup.

The Naturena-based side has to overcome fierce rivals Orlando Pirates in the semi-finals this weekend and one key member of the squad is likely to make a return to the starting line-up for this big encounter.
It hardly came as a surprise when Zwane started with Itumeleng Khune in goal for the clash Swallows FC on Monday, ahead of regular number one Brandon Petersen.
Petersen is currently sitting on three yellow cards and was in danger of collecting a fourth, before the semi-final clash against the Buccaneers.
Petersen has become one of the important figures in Zwane's starting line-up and, with the Nedbank Cup being the only thing the Glamour Boys have left to play for this season, the coach had to ensure that the experienced shot-stopper does not miss out on arguably the biggest game of the season for Chiefs this weekend.

Petersen has played 19 matches in all competitions for the Soweto giants this campaign, keeping 10 clean sheets along the way. Before missing out on the clash against Swallows on Monday, the former Ajax Cape Town and Bidvest Wits goal minder had played 13 consecutive matches in all competitions for the club.
