Talking to the Siya crew on the sidelines of the team's media day ahead of the Premiership encounter against Kaizer Chiefs on Sunday, Mobbie said its not about Sundowns but about him playing regularly and enjoying his game.
"I don't think about that. I don't think about what will happen at the end of the season. No. It's not about Sundowns. It's about me being here now and playing regularly. Its about the coach wanting to use me and me giving my best for the team where I am. Whether I will go back to Sundowns or not, is not of any importance at the moment. What is important is for me to give my best for the team where I am now and make sure that we achieve our goals this season," the former Free State Stars defender said.
On his selection for Bafana Bafana, Mobbie said he believes it is because of his hard work and dedication.
"I can't say much on that. It is the coach who knows. The only thing I do, is keep on working hard for my team and my dedication on the field of play does the talking for me. But as for selection, it is the coach who knows who selects and why. My duty is to play and give my best when given that chance," the Bafana Bafana defender concluded.
