Kaizer Chiefs are set to go into the market yet again to bolster their squad and indications are that Amakhosi will make an effort to sign a player the club was not able to get in January.
As reported by the Siya crew on deadline day in January, Chiefs were interested in securing a move for Cape Town City midfielder Mduduzi Mdantsane, but a deal did not materialize as the Soweto giants pulled out of the deal.

But it's understood that it was not the end of Amakhosi's pursuit of the former Baroka FC player, as they are likely to make another effort to bring him in for next season, with management looking to support head coach Arthur Zwane by securing top talent.
Chiefs are expected to let go of some players, which will make space for new faces at Naturena and Mdantsane is one of the players who the Glamour Boys are looking at, as potential to bolster the midfield.
Mdantsane's contract with the Citizens is set to expire in June, but the club is believed to have exercised the one-year option in his contract. The club, as the Siya crew understands, would be open to cashing in on the player with one more year left on his contract.

In the coming days, Amakhosi are expected to engage the likes of Khama Billiat, Mulomowandau Mathoho, Austin Dube, Cole Alexander and Njabulo Ngcobo over their futures at the club, with the possibility of parting ways.
