Chippa United are believed to have made a big decision regarding the club's coaching situation, following a string of disappointing results by the team.
The Chilli Boys were defeated 2-1 by Swallows FC at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Sunday and are now 13th on the DStv Premiership log and tied on 24 points with 14th placed Swallows.

Following his impressive start of four back-to-back victories after replacing Daine Klate as the club's head coach earlier in the season, the Gqeberha-based club struggled for results in recent matches with Morgan Mammila at the helm..

With the club sensing danger with nine matches to go, a decision has been taken to replace Mammila with Kurt Lentjies who had previously held the role of head coach at the Eastern Cape side.
Last season, Lentjies saved Chippa from relegation after he was appointed as a player/coach, following the departure of Gavin Hunt from the club.
Chippa will take on AmaZulu in the club's next assignment at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Sunday.
