News coming out of Orlando Pirates is that the spirits are high in camp about possibly winning a second trophy this season, following the team's impressive start in the Nedbank Cup.
The Buccaneers have had a perfect start in the prestigious competition after defeating Motsepe Foundation Championship side, All Stars, last weekend to advance to the next stage.

With the Soweto giants drawn against another second-tier outfit for the Last 16 round of the competition in Venda Football Academy, the PSL giants would fancy their chances at home to possibly go further in the competition.
With the championship seemingly out of reach as defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns are in pole position to win it yet again, Bucs will be aiming for success in the cup, having last won it in 2014.

Having finished as runners-up in 2016 and 2017 respectively, Bucs will be spurred by their triumph in the MT8 earlier in the season to possibly bag a second trophy under Jose Riveiro, which would be seen as a success and top achievement for the Spanish tactician.
