The Bucs will go into Saturday's match in Orlando, hoping for maximum points, after losing 2-0 to the Brazilians in the corresponding fixture in December.
In the first round clash, the Soweto giants were without some of their key players, including defender Olisa Ndah and goalkeeper Richard Ofori, who had been regulars prior the FIFA World Cup break and played a pivotal role in the team's MTN8 cup success.
Moreover, Thembinkosi Lorch who has been a long-term absentee from Bucs' matchday squads had still not been available.
