Following Hakim Ziyech's failed move to Paris Saint-Germain on deadline day, the French club's head coach has hinted that Chelsea are to blame for the African star not signing with his side.

The Ligue 1 table-toppers were looking to strengthen their squad in the January transfer window, and Ziyech looked all but certain to become Les Parisiens' newest attacking option. However, a deal for the Moroccan unexpectedly failed to come to fruition during the window's last moments.
According to Goal, Chelsea had sent the wrong documents to finalise the loan deal on three different occasions, subsequently leading to the deadline passing without the transfer being completed.
Now, Galtier has suggested that the two-time European champions are to blame for the failed move.
"For various reasons, we could not make it work with the player we targeted," the PSG boss told reporters, as per Goal.
"I have quality players, the young people will have their chance to play in this second part of the season. Obviously, in a busy schedule, you have to be careful with injuries and fatigue.
"I'm satisfied with the squad we had at the start of the season. Unfortunately, we could have reinforced it following the departure of Pablo [Sarabia].
"We could not do it. I believe that the responsibility does not lie with our club. That's how it is, that's life, we look ahead."
Man Utd Secure Spot In Carabao Cup Final
Despite starting in a run of games for Chelsea after the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the 29-year-old has not been in the starting XI for many games for the west Londoners this campaign and now finds himself stuck at Stamford Bridge.
Ziyech's addition at PSG would have proved much-needed as the French giants saw Kylian Mbappe go down with an injury during their 3-1 midweek win over Montpellier.
