Having started his Manchester City career in spectacular fashion, Erling Haaland is now worth an astonishing €1 billion, according to his agent.

After making the €55 million (R943 million) switch from Borussia Dortmund to City, the Norwegian marksman has taken the Premier League by storm.
The 22-year-old is breaking records almost on a weekly basis, having already found the back of the net 31 times in the 25 appearances he has made for the Citizens in all competitions so far.
Despite having only recently arrived at the Etihad Stadium, there has already been plenty of speculation regarding a possible move for Haaland to Real Madrid in the near future.
The Nordic striker reportedly has a €200 million (R3.8 billion) release clause that kicks in 2024 in his current deal, and the ElClasico rivals, Real and Barcelona, are believed to be set to be in the hunt for the Norway international's talents once it becomes active.
However, while €200 million would be the second highest transfer fee paid in the history of the beautiful game, Haaland's agent, Rafaela Pimenta, believes her client is worth much more than that, a staggering €1 billion (R18.8 billion) to be exact.
"We made Pogba at €80 million and everyone said... It's incredible," she told AS.
"Today, many are worth it. The top is at Neymar's €222 million... The numbers change.
"For me, Haaland is worth €1 billion. Maybe nobody is going to pay that, but it is the potential that he has when he arrives at a club.

"With him come fans, goals, sports results, professionalism, digital content, notoriety, sponsors... If you put all this together, his value is an aggregate of many things. But the price of a footballer is actually set by a club.
"I know that nobody is going to pay €700 million for a player, but I am very clear that the value that Erling adds when he arrives at a club is immense, at least €1 billion."
