The 29-year-old's game time has dropped this season following the arrival of Christian Eriksen and Casemiro in the last transfer window, although he was still called up to Brazil's World cup squad.
English publication the Sun have reported that PSG manager Christophe Galtier is looking to bring in another box-to-box midfielder to help make them more competitive in that area of the field.
