Cameroon's Andre Onana has been left out of his nation's World Cup group match against Serbia on Monday afternoon over reported disciplinary issues.
The Inter Milan goalkeeper, who is considered his country's No. 1, has reportedly been removed from the side following a recent discussion he had with manager Rigobert Song, who was said to demand a more traditional style of keeping from the former Ajax Amsterdam player.
Onana, however, was believed to have stood firm in his stance that he should not adapt his sweeper-keeper ways, and has been dropped from Cameroon's matchday squad as a result, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.

The 26-year-old has made 34 appearances for the Indomitable Lions since his senior debut in 2016, serving as his country's first-choice goalkeeper at their past two Africa Cup of Nations tournaments.
Onana played a full 90 minutes as Cameroon lost to Switzerland in their opening match of the World Cup in Qatar, but has been replaced by Saudi Arabia-based shot-stopper Devis Epassy.
Update:
It has since been reported that the former La Masia academy goalkeeper has left Cameroon's World Cup squad altogether and will play no further part in the competition.
