Mesut Ozil's agent, Dr Erkut Sogut, has taken a swipe at Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, explaining why the German playmaker would never do what the Gabonese forward has done.

Sogut has called into question Aubameyang's loyalty to Arsenal after he joined Chelsea in the latest transfer window.
In late 2021, the 33-year-old was the man with the armband at the Emirates Stadium, but fast-forward a year and the French-born hitman now finds himself plying his trade for a team that was once his fiercest rivals.
The former Gabon captain left north London acrimoniously in January this year after being exiled by Gunners boss Mikel Arteta for repeatedly breaching disciplinary protocols.
Aubameyang would trade the English capital for Barcelona, but six months after making the move to the Camp Nou, the 2015 CAF African Player of the Year was once again on the move.
At the beginning of September, Barca and the Blues agreed a fee of €12 million (R215 million) for the forward's services and it seemed as though Aubameyang was relishing his return to England.
Ozil, on the other hand, has reportedly rejected multiple offers from clubs in the Premier League out of respect for his affiliation with Arsenal.
Sogut, who oversaw Ozil's move from the Gunners to Fenerbahce last year and his next transfer to Istanbul Basaksehir, has now insisted that the German would never play for one of his former side's rivals the way Aubameyang has.
"He could never play for another English club, he's not like Aubameyang," Dr Sogut said to Tribal Football.
"He loved his time at Arsenal and is still in contact with a lot of players, not least [Bukayo] Saka – they have a special relationship."

While the two former Arsenal stars may be different in that regard, they did leave the Emirates under similar circumstances, with Ozil falling out with Arteta towards the end of his eight-year spell with the north Londoners.
The 2014 FIFA World Cup winner was excluded from the club's Premier League and UEFA Europa League squads before he eventually moved on.
