Mamelodi Sundowns coach Rulani Mokwena has had a say on the upcoming Carling Black Label Cup, as the club looks to put smiles on the faces of everyone associated with the side.
Sundowns will participate in the Black Label Cup for the first time and will be joined by AmaZulu in a competition that has previously only involved Soweto giants Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs.

"We can't wait for that (the break). We will go back and prepare for the Carling Black Label (Cup). It's an opportunity to win a trophy, so before we think about going home...it's been a difficult year and I said this in the beginning and even the footballers. It's been a difficult year, not just for footballers but for society," Mokwena told media after their victory over Royal AM during this past weekend.
He went on to say, "Society is what we are part of. Once we leave her, we are part of our families and communities and going with a good feeling would help to influence the happiness of people."

Sundowns have gone on an impressive run of six straight wins in the DSTV Premiership and will be banking on their form to try to get their hands on the Black Label Cup.
