Former AmaZulu player Tsepo Masilela is confident that Romain Folz will be able to control the dressing room at the club, despite his young age as a coach.
Folz was confirmed as AmaZulu's new coach after the club parted ways with Brandon Truter a couple of weeks ago and one of the challenges he may face is having full control of a dressing room that has some big names, including the likes of George Maluleka, Gabadinho Mhango, Dumisani Zuma and Veli Mothwa.

Masilela has experience of playing at AmaZulu and is confident that the current group of players will give Folz the respect, despite the coach being 32 years of age.
Folz was in charge at Marumo Gallants at the start of the season, but it did not work out for him there, as he came out to reveal that there was interference in his job.
"I think they will welcome with him warm hands. They still have Ayanda Dlamini who just came back from the Diski Challenge team to help the head coach. He has been the head coach before under the new president 9Sandile Zungu). The senior players are there and there is a good a balance with the youth. I don't think he will have a problem with the change room. Our job as players is to be professional and align with the goals of the team," Masilela told media during the Carling Black Label Cup media conference in Johannesburg on Tuesday morning.
