Following yet another draw for Orlando Pirates in the side's most recent match, Kermit Erasmus has made an emotional plea to the fans.
The Buccaneers were held to a 1-1 draw at home by AmaZulu on Friday, which was their second successive draw after being held 0-0 by Richards Bay FC in the previous match.

Erasmus, who scored his first goal on his return to the club, made a plea to the Bucs faithful to support the team and not to be negative in doing so.
"I think we started a bit slow today. Yeah, there was a bit of miscommunication in the way we needed to press but we rectified it after 20 minutes and we tried to get an early goal. But with the incident that happened between our goalkeeper and Majoro, it set us a bit back and the referee gave a penalty which I don't think was one," said Erasmus, speaking via the Pirates media department.

"But then, we regrouped, and we kept on going, I managed to get on the scoresheet, you know my first goal since I'm back, so for me that's a good positive. It's a difficult one to take a draw with the chances we created but we've got to stay positive. We need the support from the fans to cheer us on and not to be negative. Just to keep motivating us because they are the 12th man for us on the field and it's important for them to keep motivating us and things will change around, we just need a little bit of time," the striker added.
