The handlers of a former PSL player have hinted of potential trouble for one of the DStv Premiership clubs regarding a contractual matter.
In recent seasons, there have been a few incidents of PSL clubs being banned by the world's governing body, FIFA from signing players after contractual disputes with players and other matters. Kaizer Chiefs, Bloemfontein Celtic and Marumo Gallants have been some of the teams recently affected.

Having confirmed in May that their FIFA transfer ban was lifted, following a dispute with former Chiefs striker Gustavo Paez, Gallants could be in trouble again, the Siya crew has learnt.
Prior to the start of the 2021/22 season, Gallants signed Kenyan midfielder Ovella Ochieng who previously played for Swedish club Vasalunds IF.

However, the 22-year-old had his contract terminated in January without having made a single appearance for the team.
The Siya crew has learnt from the player's Kenya-based representatives that they have taken the legal route against the Limpopo outfit.
"It is true that Ovella Ochieng has taken his former club to FIFA for unfair dismissal and it is an ongoing matter," confirmed the source.
