Experienced former Kaizer Chiefs and Maritzburg United coach Ernst Middendop has broken silence on being linked with the vacant coaching role at Swallows FC.
Following the departure of Dylan Kerr from Swallows last week, Middendorp has been linked with the club, though the coach has now opened up about his future plans, speaking exclusively to the Siya crew.

The German tactician has ruled himself out of the running for the Dube Birds role, while he confirms that he has a role lined up abroad.
"I will not join Swallows," said Middendorp.
"With the beginning of October 2022, I will be involved in a project at FIFA. During a workshop in Zurich, I will be introduced to more details about my specific tasks in the future," the coach added.

Middendorp was surprisingly relieved of his duties by Maritzburg at the end of last season, following his fourth spell with the KwaZulu-Natal club.
