Stellenbosch head coach Steve Barker praised his side's tactical performance after they became the first side to deny Mamelodi Sundowns maximum points in 16 matches.
Iqraam Rayners late penalty helped Stellies rally back to hold Sundowns to a 1-1 draw at Danie Craven Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Barker felt his charges followed the tactics quite well, although he was disappointed with how they conceded from a set-piece.

"For me I think a very accomplished performance by us, I thought tactically we were really astute today," Barker told SuperSport after the game.
"The unfortunate part is we know all their tactics well and we denied them spaces, they didn't have that many chances and then we conceded, you know from a set-piece and that was an unfortunate part.
"So I think we deserved the minimum point, the fact that we managed to get a point for we was just a great team effort, tactically really well drilled and executed plan well," he said.
"I thought the first 20, 25 minutes we started the game really well, just before half-time they had a bit of a period where they had one or two chances and the conditions did not make it that easy either.
"But ja, a great point against a really good team, so we can lay a foundation for us just to continue going forward."
