The Siya crew has been led to believe that Mamelodi Sundowns could look at loaning out a defender who has not been able to get much game time under head coach Manqoba Mngqithi.
With so much competition in the team, Zuko Mdunyelwa has struggled to get opportunities in the line-up and there is a possibility that he could be given a chance to go get game time elsewhere.

At 25, the Siya crew understands that Sundowns still see a future for him at Chloorkop, but with Khuliso Mudau and Thapelo Morena doing well at the moment for the Tshwane giants at right back, Mdunyelwa is not likely to feature much in the starting line-up for the club.
He joined Sundowns in the January transfer window last season and got to feature 12 times in all competitions under former coach Rulani Mokwena.
This season, Mdunyelwa has only one 90 minute appearance, in the CAF Champions League against Mbabane Swallows before the group stages, and has just 15 minutes of action in the Betway Premiership. He did not make any appearances in the MTN8 and Carling Knockout.

The last time he featured for the club was towards the end of October, when he came on for the final three minutes against against Royal AM at Loftus Stadium.
It's unclear at this stage if Sundowns would consider loaning him out in January or at the end of the season.
