The Siya crew has been led to believe that SuperSport United will make a call on the future of midfielder Jesse Donn.
It is believed that Matsatsantsa have previously considered loaning the player out due to a lack of gametime under head coach Gavin Hunt. A move away from the club did not happen, but this publication understands that the club will hold discussions with the player and his camp to see what the way forward is, with a big possibility of an exit come at the end of this campaign.
Donn has made only 11 appearances in all competitions this season, struggling to get into the team ahead of the likes of Grant Margeman, Siphesihle Ndlovu and Gape Moralo, the development product who has done well in the first team this term.
Donn has, in fact, not featured at all for Gavin Hunt's men in 2024, spending most of the time on the bench as an unused substitute. It's believed that SuperSport are open to letting him go at the end of the season, though it's unclear at this stage if it will be permanently or on loan, as he is looking to secure more playing minutes than he is doing at the moment.
It's believed that Stellenbosch FC have previously considered bringing Donn on board and it remains to be seen if they will show interest again.
