Jermaine Seoposenwe was announced as Betis' latest signing on Friday afternoon as the Banyana Banyana star takes her next step up the ladder in European football, penning a deal until the end of the season – with an added one-year option – in the Primera División de la Liga de Fútbol Femenino.
The 26-year-old has secured her work permit to play for her new club and will wear the number two on her jersey, and she's got big ambitions to hit the ground running on her new Spanish adventure after leaving Gintra Universitetas in Lithuania.
Speaking to the club's official YouTube channel, the attacker said, "We have great players, and hopefully I can come in and positively impact that as well and contribute to the team… I'll try my best, whatever the coach needs, whatever my teammates need, that's what I'm here for. I'm here to work hard and show that I can get a spot in the team.
"My goal is to work hard, show the coach that I'm determined, and I want to work for the team… I'm so happy to be here, and hopefully we can all come together and help save the situation, and get some positive results in the upcoming months."
