The back-to-back wins propelled the Natal Rich Boyz up to third on the log with 13 points, just three points behind leaders Mamelodi Sundowns, with a game in hand.
TS Galaxy, in contrast, have not been able to maintain their fine start, as they went four matches without a win and a goal after a 2-0 defeat against Orlando Pirates last weekend.
After Saturday's round of matches, the Rockets dropped further down to 11th on the table with nine points.
