The Buccaneers have already lost once against Ezenkosi in a league encounter and will face the same opposition in the second round of the Absa Premiership on Saturday, March 12.
After doing battle this weekend in the league, the two teams will also face each other in the knockout competition, with the date and venue still to be confirmed.
Bucs defender Edwin Gyimah told media at the draw earlier today that despite having already lost to Ezenkosi that it's now a cup game and that it is different from the league.
He said that as much as all the games are important to them, this is the only trophy they have the chance at claiming.
"It's true that we lost in the league game against Cosmos. But this is a cup game and we have to win it.
"It won't be easy but we want to finish the season with a trophy and to do that we first have to win against Cosmos," Gyimah concluded.
