The day has finally come for arguably two of South Africa's top teams at the moment, Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates to battle it out for the top prize in the Nedbank Cup and the prestigious trophy.
The Mbombela Stadium is expected to be fully packed as the tickets were already sold out during the week, both teams having promised exciting football and lots of entertainment for their fans to finish the season on a high.

For Pirates, Jose Riveiro and the team want to complete a cup double for a second successive season as well as the Nedbank Cup trophy defence after winning it last season, while Sundowns will be out for a revenge to prevent another cup final loss against the same opposition following the MTN8 trophy disappointment earlier in the season.
"We have the opportunity to defend one of the trophies we that we got last season. For us, it a massive opportunity again to represent Pirates in another final. It's the fourth one in a row against a team like Mamelodi Sundowns. It's the last game of the season and I think it's a very special occasion for every football fan in the country and in the continent, I'm sure," said Riveiro, speaking to the media this week.
