Platinum Stars striker, Patrick Malokase, is more than eager to begin the club's defence of their MTN 8 Cup which they won last season after overcoming Orlando Pirates in the final.
Speaking at the glitzy launch of the club's new kit for the 2014/15 season, the 32-year-old defender declared that his teammates will approach the match against Sundowns, like they would any other cup fixture.
Following the departure of veterans such as Benson Mhlongo, and Elias Ngwepe, Malokase, who is now one of the senior players at the club, will be relied upon to assist in leading the younger Stars players in the upcoming season.
He told the Siya crew that Dikwena are very much up for the challenge and added that they are excited to play in the new kits for the up-and-coming season.
"Everyone is ready and focused for Sundowns. Its not going to be easy though but we are up for it. The jersey is very beautiful and everyone is sharing the same sentiments about it. We honestly cant wait to be in it. It's really a piece of work, Acelli did a good job," he said.
Dikwena will travel to Tshwane, to face the defending PSL champions at the Loftus Stadium on Saturday, August 2.
