One of South Africa's participants in this year's CAF Confederation Cup are closing in on a new signing to strengthen the squad.
As part of their resurgence since the return of Dan Malesela as the team's head coach, Marumo Gallants are keen to also strengthen squad, with the Limpopo outfit having identified former Baroka FC midfielder Bennet Bobete as a potential signing.

As reported by the Siya crew, Bobete recently parted ways with Bakgaga after an agreement between the club and his representatives on mutual termination of his contract.
Indications from sources close to Gallants are that discussions over a move for Bobete are at an advanced stage, with the 21-year-old expected to put pen to paper as a free agent in coming days.

"Bennet Bobete is a transfer target for Marumo Gallants. The club is serious and don't be surprised if a deal gets concluded in the coming days," said the source.
