Mohamme was signed by Downs in 2021 and was put on loan to Swallows FC. The 25-year-old then returned to Chloorkop and has seen little game-time since his return.
News reaching the Siya crew is that SuperSport United are interested in the former under-23 national team defender.
Sources have revealed that SSU could look to consider a move for the club's youth product.
"You know there is a good relationship between the two Pretoria sides. As we speak now there are four Sundowns players on loan at SuperSport. So we don't know what SuperSport wants for Katlego. Whether it is another loan or a permanent move, but they are interested in him," a sources said to the Siya crew.

Another source has added that discussions regarding a potential loan deal for Mohamme are yet to be held.
"Its true SuperSport are interested in the player but Sundowns are only interested to loan him out. They feel he is young and he can still play a vital role for the team in the future, so they can't sell him. It will all depend if SuperSport United want him just for loan or not. But they are looking at having him for the new season," the source added.
Despite numerous attempts to contact SuperSport CEO Stan Matthews, the Suyper was unavailable at the time of publishing.
