Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane says he wants to forget the AmaZulu defeat quickly, and for good reason as he matched an unwanted record in the colours of Amakhosi.

Chiefs received a 4-0 at the weekend at the hands of AmaZulu, with three of the club's former players in George Maluleka, Rama Mphahlele and Dumisani Zuma heavily involved in the goals.
"We learn from our mistakes and today we learned the hard way. I want to forget about this match as soon as possible, and move on, especially for the players," Zwane told the media after the match.
The defeat to Usuthu was Chiefs' joint worst ever defeat.
Prior to the 2022/23 season, Chiefs had been on the end of a 4-0 beating on two occasions; against against Wydad Casablanca in 2021 and against Esperance De Tunis in 2005.
However, Friday's clash at the Moses Mabhida Stadium is the second time Chiefs have suffered a 4-0 defeat, having been on the receiving end of a similar scoreline from Mamelodi Sundowns, a side that Chiefs will next face.
