Premier Soccer League prosecutor Zola Majavu has confirmed Kaizer Chiefs have been charged for the incident at FNB Stadium on Saturday.

As a result, the former Chiefs tactician was unable to give his usual post-match television interview and was escorted down the tunnel by police.
The Soweto giants have already been punished for three separate incidents of spectator misbehaviour and Majavu has now confirmed more charges has been brought against the club.
"Earlier this afternoon, I preferred charges of spectator misbehaviour and unruly conduct Kaizer Chiefs Football Club as a sequel to what transpired in their recent match against AmaZulu this past Saturday," Majavu said via the PSL media department.
"They will be appearing before the PSL DC on 31 October 2023."
Chiefs were previously warned that if a similar incident occurs once again, they are expected to get a stadium ban in their next home fixture.
