Kaizer Chiefs head coach Cavin Johnson has put his full backing behind Ashley Du Preez, who appeared a bit rusty in their goalless draw against Royal AM on Sunday.

Following a six-week break, Du Preez who had been out with injury was reinstated into the Chiefs starting XI at the Harry Gwala Stadium in Pietermaritzburg.
The speedy striker was mobile for Chiefs, initiating the press and putting the Thwihli Thwahla defence under duress.
However, when it mattered most, he failed to convert, on not one but multiple occasions when he had only Man of the Match, Hugo Nyame to beat, though Du Preez failed to hit the target.
The draw saw Chiefs remain in sixth position on the DStv Premiership standings, where a win would see them climb as high as fourth.
Speaking to the media after the game, Johnson threw his weight behind the striker, backing him to return to scoring ways for Amakhosi.
"Ash (Du Preez) put in a good shift and I expect him to score all those goals because he is a goal scorer, and if he scored the goal then he's the hero today. But unfortunately, he didn't score the goals. He's back and he looks good," Johnson told journalists in attendance.
Du Preez and his teammates will have another chance to restore parity in the Nedbank Cup as they take on Motsepe Foundation Championship side Milford on Sunday 25 February.
