The story
Former Bafana Bafana, Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates midfield maestro, Teko Modise remains as one of SA football's most influential fashionistas.
Despite hanging up his boots in 2019, many would still regard Modise as the PSL's drip king, with a handful of ballers coming close to the legend's elite styling and equally exquisite pieces.
Ranging from Balmain to Goyard — Modise only chooses the upper echelon brands when accessorising his looks with a mini bag to carry his essentials in.
In his more recent 'fit pics posted on Instagram, "The General" hasn't shied away from showcasing the most expensive bags in his collection.
Starting with his Balenciaga Duty Free leather tote bag, Modise rocked this stunner at a recent Johnnie Walker event. The black leather Balenciaga is valued at over R22 000 on Farfetch.

Last but not least, is what could easily be the most expensive bag in Modise's closet. The 41-year-old has been seen rocking what appears to be a Goyard Capetien MM crossbody bag.
A pre-owned version of a Goyard Capetien bag is valued at around R72 000, with other similar Goyard bags being valued at well over R40 000 in various high-end second hand shopping platforms.
